If your order is damaged in materials and/or workmanship you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for replacement. Excludes original and return shipping charges.

Lifetime Guarantee
The Swarovski Crystals only are Guaranteed for the life of the product. Should a crystal fall off or become damaged, simply contact us and request a Return Authorization Number for shipment. The product will be repaired and shipped back, just like new!
Watches, clocks, phones and other related products have a 10 day fully refundable guarantee. Please inspect your item upon delivery and notify immediately should the product not function properly. It is only within the 10 day status that a full monetary refund is available. Colors
Can I Change the crystal colors?
Yes!!! Any item in our store may be custom designed by you. Simply choose the style number and enter the crystal color desired.
Caution: We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products online. However, since the actual color you see depends on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

How soon can I get my order?
4 to 6 weeks is the normal delivery time. Each order is custom made to fit your specifications. Please allow an additional week for orders placed during a holiday season, such as Christmas or Valentines day. All products are custom ordered and cannot be cancelled.
Can I order Reading Glasses in a Different Strength?
Reading glasses are available in common strengths of 150, 200, & 250. Some reading glasses
are available in strengths from 100 to 400. The Drop Down menu specifies the only strength
available for each style..
Do you have Reading Sunglasses?
Can I have Crystals put on other items?
Yes!!! Contact us and we will make the arrangments for you. Jimmy Crystal will embellish your prescription glasses for a nominal fee. The factory does not recommend changing lens after embellishment, as the heat process for replacing lens will loosen the crystals negating the lifetime crystal replacement guarantee.
We have customers that order their company logo in Crystals for their cell phone covers. Others, like to be a little more dramatic and crystalize their laptops.

How Do I Clean my items?
Since each item is custom made and every crystal is hand placed, use a soft dry cloth and gently wipe.
Never submerge in water, Its that simple!. I always put my glasses back in their case when not in use. I have found this protects the crystals and the lenses.
What are the Shipping Charges?
FREE SHIPPING..... Within the United States via USPS.
International Shipping.... A minimum fee of $36.00 is required for international shipping which includes a signature upon delivery to the address of your choice. The fee maybe lower or higher depending on the number of items purchased, the weight and the country we are shipping too.
1.) We will notify you at the time of your purchase what the actual fee will be.
2.) Please advise as to whether or not you agree to pay these additional fees!
3.) Once we receive your acceptance, we will send you an invoice requesting the additional payment.
4.)We will not begin processing your order until this is paid in full.
5.)Should you not respond within 48 hours, we will cancel your order and refund your money.
SHIPPING POLICY.....Customer must provide a confirmed street address, state and zip code,
as we ship USPS ONLY. P.O. Box addresses are not as easy to deliver too.
